Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees are so important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment.

That being said, you should still expect your orders within 7 -10 business days from the day you placed it! As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery or delivery date please feel free to Contact Us with your order number and we would be happy to look into this for you.

  2. Handle time:3 working days after receive the payment
  3. Shipping time:5-8 working days in U.S        7-15 working days in other countries.

    Shipping Timelines for Domestic Orders

    At this time all carriers are operating with an expected delay of an additional 1-2 days on top of already defined transit times due to COVID-19. Certain locations, especially larger cities, are experiencing additional delays due to labor shortages. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. We apologize for the inconvenience! 

    Shipping Timelines for International Orders

    International orders are going to take a little longer to get to you. All International Carriers are experiencing a general slowdown across the board regarding both shipping and tracking information, though the majority of packages are being delivered on schedule. Please allow 72 hours after fulfillment for tracking information for international packages to display properly. WNRS is not responsible for carrier delays. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience.

    Note:

    Currently, orders cannot be placed directly on our website if the shipping address is not in the United States. You can send us an email with your country and address and we will calculate your shipping cost and send you an invoice. You can pay directly by clicking on the link in your email.

    return policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If you need to return or exchange for personal reasons(Do not like it/purchased by mistake), the buyer will be required to pay the returned shipping cost.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
